before you ask

I'm a full remote guy. I've learned I perform best when I'm comfortable, and it's not an open-plan office. But tbh, I never miss a casual team call to keep the vibes.
Scales with complexity. Basic in-file notes for the straightforward stuff, prototypes and full handoff documentation for more advanced features — and a personal onboarding if real depth is needed. I'd rather over-communicate once than untangle it later.
Just like in every good relationship, it's all about compromises. Goals and KPIs are the foundation, not optional. But skipping the entire visual experience is simply skipping emotions and empathy — both need to work hand in hand.
AI is a genuine helper and a serious timesaver. It speeds up the workflow and removes the repetitive drag. But relying fully on AI for the creative job is just like going back to website builder template quality.
Figma for design and prototyping, Notion for thinking and documentation, Claude for speed and assistance, Linear for structure and planning, Windsurf for building, and music for focus — all on a Mac. But as fast as the industry moves, the stack does too.
